How to identify the difference in LED light bar quality for these two differences

Identification 1: Look at the solder joints. The regular LED lights are produced by the manufacturer. The LED strips are manufactured using the SMT chip process and solder paste and reflow soldering process. Therefore, the solder joints on the LED strips are more greasy and the soldering amount is less, and the solder joints extend in an arc shape from the FPC pads to the LED electrodes. [The soldering spot of the LED light strip of the pirate version is not uniform, and a dot is used to wrap the soldering foot. At the same time, there will be different levels of tin tip, which is a typical phenomenon of manual soldering.

Identification 2: Look at the quality of FPC. FPC is divided into copper and rolled copper. The copper foil of the copper plate is convex. If you look closely, it can be seen from the connection between the pad and the FPC. The rolled copper is closely connected with the FPC. As one, it can be bent freely without exhibiting the phenomenon of pad peeling. If the copper plate is excessively bent, the pad will fall off. If the temperature is too high during maintenance, the pad will fall off.
